Sarah's Fall Comfort Soup



Ingredients:

2- 32 oz Swanson Chicken Broth

1 packet - onion soup mix

2 carrots - chopped

2 celery stalks - chopped

½ yellow onion - chopped

Fresh Spinach

1 can - stewed tomato

1 zucchini- chopped

1 squash - chopped

1 package of kielbasa- sliced

1 package- wide egg noodles

1 tbsp- butter

Salt & pepper to taste

2 tbsp- Garlic powder

1 tbsp- Italian seasoning

2 tbsp- Mrs. Dash - salt-free Original seasoning blend

1 bag of your favorite flavor of Sherman’s Tennessee Hot Crackers


Directions:

  • Place 1 tbsp butter in a large stock pot on medium heat. Add onion, celery, and carrot. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add zucchini, squash, Kielbasa, and all seasonings. Mix and let simmer for another 5 minutes. Add chicken broth and onion soup mix. Bring to a boil. Then let simmer for 15 minutes. Add drained canned tomatoes, spinach, and noodles. Once the noodles are cooked, your soup is ready. Serve with your favorite flavor of Sherman’s Tennessee Hot Crackers and enjoy!
