Return Policy

Sherman's Tennessee Hot Crackers stands behind every product we sell and we work very hard to ensure that our customers are happy. If you are unsatisfied with your crackers for any reason, we encourage you to contact us at (855) 598- 3290 between the hours of 9 am-5 pm EST. or email us at info@shermanstennesseehotcrackers.com

We're very sorry but perishable food products cannot be returned. All items sold from our website are sold on a non-returnable basis unless the product is defective. You may return new (defective), unopened items within 30 days of pick-up or delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error, (you've received the wrong items or the product is defective) we will pay the return/shipping cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your product to the shipper. If you need to return a product, please contact us with your order number and details regarding the return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the product.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please call us to cancel as soon as possible. If your cancellation is accepted, no cancellation fee applies. If your cancellation is rejected, (the order was completed, shipped, or delivered) we will not be able to cancel the order.

If the cancellation was made in time, we will refund your card with the full amount within 14 days which included the initial delivery/shipping charges (where applicable).

However, in the unlikely event that the item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you using the phone number provided to us when you placed the order.

Shipping Policy

Shipping to destinations within the United States only. Standard shipping rates apply. Most orders will take 2-5 days to arrive from the date the order was placed. Orders placed after 3 pm EST will be considered placed the next business day.
